40 Boys from the Battalion have completed the Building Your Skills course this Session.
The course aims to develop the skills to work cooperatively with others to make a difference in their life and in their Company.
By the end of the course the Boys were able to:
- understand what different roles they play in groups, and how they can change
- work with others in a way that strengthens the group and also gets the task done
- use these experiences to make a difference in their own Companies
