Anchors Miniature Garden Competition01 June 2009The Anchors miniature garden competition took place at the Braids Centre with the Boys using their imaginations to create some wonderful miniature gardens. There were garden ponds with real water, washing lines, crazy paving, guinea pigs in runs, gardens benches, even a Jurassic Park theme. This competition gave the Boys an awareness of their environment and what being green is all about.

Entries were split into 2 groups. The winner judged by Mr Brian Nisbet of the 6 year olds went to Rory Ferguson and the winner of the 7 year olds went to Ynyr Liddell. All other Boys each received a consolation prize of garden seeds to encourage their gardening skills.
