City of Edinburgh Civic Reception

185 current members and ex-members of Edinburgh, Leith and District Battalion along with representatives from the 3 other uniformed youth organisations attended a civic reception in Edinburgh City Chambers on 18 November 2008. All 21 Boys' Brigade Companies which operate within the City of Edinburgh boundary were represented at this event hosted by the Rt Hon George Grubb, Lord Provost of the City of Edinburgh to celebrate the 125th Anniversary of the founding of the Boys' Brigade.
