Pollock Pavilion

Pollock Pavilion is located at 227 Ferry Road, EH6 4SP, is the Battalion headquarters . It was extensively refurbished in 2006, The building is Wi-fi enabled and there is a private off-street car park for approximately 7-8 cars.

Ground floor Facilities:

The Conservatory area provides a meeting room with open views to Lethem Park and can comfortably seat 40 for larger meetings with french doors opening out to an enclosed garden area. Facilities available include a kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, large cooker and instant hot water boiler.

First floor Facilities:

The Board Room area provides a meeting room with a large modular table that can comfortably seat up to 18. Without the table the room can seat 25.  Facilities available include a 42” plasma screen with laptop connection point, Video and DVD player. In addition, there is a drop-down screen.

Other Facilities:

This includes a laptop, data projector, flipcharts and some back-up secretarial services e.g. photocopier/printing. Use of these facilities is normally included in the cost of hire, though we do reserve the right to make a charge for significant photocopying or printing.

Tea, coffee and biscuits are included in the cost of hire. We are not able to provide other catering, groups need to organise their own outside catering if needed.

Toilet facilities include a disabled toilet.
